Join Us at the IIFH Partner Summit: Shaping the Future of Food and Health
The Institute for Innovation in Food Health at UC Davis will host its Partner Summit, from October 8-12. Through this and other events and activities, IIFH creates strategic academic-industry partnerships to impart real-world impact. IIFH Partners include a diverse range of large food companies, investors, foundations, family offices, other academics, and startup food companies. This prestigious event brings together leading experts, researchers, and industry stakeholders to explore cutting-edge solutions at the intersection of food and health.
The summit’s program addresses critical challenges in the food and health sectors, featuring themes such as transformational innovation in the food industry, unmet needs in women’s health, and the potential of GLP-1 to transform marketplaces. Through engaging sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities, participants will collaborate and share knowledge on these crucial topic
Our team is excited to showcase our innovations at the networking event on October 9th. We’ll be presenting two prototypes: a pear-frangipane tart and linzer cookies filled with strawberry jam. These gluten-free, clean-label products contain more than 30% whole grain, demonstrating our commitment to healthier, sustainable food options. We look forward to discussing our creation process and the functional ingredients used in these products.
